Question about ativan and this woosh feeling I have.

Hey everyone,

So I've been dealing with some dizziness since October of last year. I have been a long road of getting off medicines as In tapering, and getting on new things. Ever since I got off remeron I have had issues sleeping. My doctor gave me ativan. I was on a steady regimen of medications for a while up until around Feb 15 and then I was taking 0.5 ativan twice a day. I was almost better but around the beginning of March I was mixing it with benadryl and I was feeling a little more dizzier. I kinda was not being consistent and about a week ago I took a little of my moms trazodone. I noticed I was getting really after 2 days of that. At this time I was tapering off ativan. Down to .25 twice a day. I had one more week left and then I was suppose to be off. I was so dizzy. When I move and stop I would get a woosh feelling. Like things were moving and I wasn't steady. If I fixed my vision on something I would see it not being still. I started taking ativan again. I happened to skip a day and my mom was telling me " your body is telling you it wants more " shes been through similar but worse than me like that. Anyway, I feel a little less dizzy or that woosh feeling today. I am going back on 0.5 twice a day like I was. My question is. Will I begin to feel better now that I'm trying to get back on the ativan and stay consistent?

Yours is a little different to my situation

I started to weaning off trazodone and clonezepam starting March 2017. I completed the weaning October 2017.  And to this day, I am still going through really mad withdrawals.  Has been a nightmare, and the hardest thing I have ever done. Dizziness and vertigo has followed me through out this nightmare.   Be very careful taking stuff like that
