Question about bowel movements

Hi everyone. I am due to have my gallbladder out tomorrow after having 2-3 gallbladder episodes a year. The last one seemed to be a little worse. so, I decided it was time. In the past when i would have an attack my bowel movements never were affected with the exception of some lighter color stool rarely. But, since the last episode 3 months ago i have had more frequent movements and always diarrhea. (or very soft, no form) I assume this means my gb is not functioning. i am not in any pain. Did anyone else experience this? I just want to be reassured i guess that it's probably related and not something else. Thank you!

I had diarrhoea bad before my op in December last year.

Can eat what I want now, but still get bad diarrhoea when I eat anything high fat.

yes when my gallbladder acted up i had severe diarrhea, and i now deal with severe constipated couple weeks before removal and still dealing with it even after removal and now i deal with IBS. if your gallbladder no longer works u have bowel issues too even a flare up causes it

the crazy thing about all this is that I've never had any symptoms after eating something fat...i have always heard stay away from fatty foods. but, i can eat pizza with grease dripping off of it or a big cheeseburger and fries and be fine. The only thing I ever thought sort of bothered it was vegetables. (as far as pain goes). so weird
