Question about lumps on side of thigh.

hello, new to the forum and just had a question about a few lumps on my thighs. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but i would rather be safe than sorry.

i have about 5 hard pee-sized lumps on the inner part of my thighs. 3 on my right thigh (dominant leg) 2 on my left. i have had them for several months and they havent grown noticeably. my thought is that they are maybe muscle knots since they are on both sides, but could it be symptomatic of a cancer that I'm not aware of?
