question about my bowel movements

about 2 months ago I started noticing blood in parts  of my stool, so now every time i go, I take a flashlight and shine it in the toilet, to inspect my bowel movements, and I always notice parts of my stool are red-ish and sometimes bright red! my question is, if you inspect your stools as much as I am doing now, will you usually spot some red parts in it? also I should note that an ER doctor diagnosed me with C Difficile but the antibiotics he gave me didnt do much, and I havent really had any diahrrea

    Hi Douglas

As with any person young old male or female you see red in your stiools and it's not from eating anything like beetroot tomatoes etc you must go to the doctors and get it checked out .

It could be any thing from piles to bleeding in your stomach intestines etc

    Get it checked Douglas

I hope everything gets sorted and dont let the doctor palm you off. If your not satisfied with one doctor ask for a second option

    Good luck

I have seen a Doctor, and he said i have Cdiff which makes sense, because none of my symptoms started until I took antibiotics, and Cdiff is usually comes from taking antibiotics, SPECIALLY clindamycin, which is what i was taking lol after three days of taking the clindamycin I startedhaving symptoms and Cdiff causes blood in stool

You should not have blood in your stools. But you can get blood in your stools from C. Difficile. The main symptoms of CD are diahrrhoea and abdominal cramping. How were you diagnosed for CD in the first place? Did you gove a sample of your stool to a doctor? Have you finished the course of antibiotics?
