Its common to have irritable gums that make you feel like your teeth are 'growling'.

I am now only just getting rid of my chronic sinusitis after 2-3 months (4th round of super strong antibiotics)

You might want to flush your nasal passages if you are very blocked

I have been given doxycycline - 8 tablets in total, been taking them since tuesday.

I had to take 2 tablets to begin with the 1 tablet daily after that.

I also have nasal losenges - I use this twice a day

Hi! Sinusitis can make your teeth hurt very badly. Have you had a CT scan done? Mine showed I had infected dental caries and fluid in my ear. If the pain doesn't go away think about having a CT done.Kim.

Your query was a while ago - i hope you still do not have the terrible sinus pain. I too had the same 6 months ago and was told that I needed to have my sinus's cleaned out with an operation. I was taking steroids in nose spray and anti histimines - now I take one serrapeptase pill a day, before bed. I have no sinus swelling, no bleeding and no pains in my head, teeth and ear. When I stop of a day or two I can feel the pressure and pain building up but just take another serrapeptase and it goes away - this is a natural pill, an enzyme but man it works! google it and if you can see Dr John Grey video, it gives you some of the background on how this amazing enzyme works to stop inflamation.

Hi Leonie05935 -thanks for your feedback. I dont go to my GP anymore as they wont reccommend me for the op as its so unreliable. I have seen a few comments on serrapetase and will give it a try. I am so fed up of taking so much medication for it. Are there any worrying side effects which you have encountered?
