Question about the evolution of hydatic cyst scars after surgery.

I'm quite intrigued(and scared) after my last echography. In 2005 I had a hydatic cyst surgery. The follow up was good, I took Albendazol for a long period of time. In 2008 I was diagnosed as a Hepatitis B positive carrier(maybe from the surgery?) and this year the virus level in my blood was undetectable. I also did a Fibrotest that showed a 0-1 fibrossis and a low inflammation in my liver. I also have a slightly enlarged/fat liver(non-alcoholic steatosis detected in 2016). I try to follow a low-fats diet and to avoid alcohol, I don't smoke and I generally have a healthy lifestyle.
But...I searched through my old ultrasound echographies and discovered that my post surgery scar/hyperechogenic cavity(where the hydatic cyst was detected) increased from somewhere around 56 mm to 117 mm....is it normal? What can be the cause of this? The radiologist told me not to worry about it(she didn't know that the scar increased in size, I searched through old ultrasound echographies after the visit), but I'm quite scared about it. Could it be something else, should I see another specialist? Should I repeat the echography? Can be such differences in size for a scar/post surgery cavity?
Looking forward for an answer, thanks.

Forgot to mention, my latest ALT and other liver markers appeared normal six months ago when I got them checked. I'm waiting for the next blood results, they should arrive on Friday.

Sorry, I've misread what the doctor wrote...I looked closely on the photo and actually, the scar haven't changed in size in the last 10 years, so I guess it's ok.
