Question for people who have had a urethral stricture

Hello.
I'm a 28 years old male.
About 18 months ago I was diagnosed with prostatitis and took some antibiotics to treat it without much luck and I'm still dealing with the condition today (with some mild improvement). At around the same time as my Prostatitis/CPPS symptoms showed up I also had a few times when I could see some blood coming out of my urethra after peeing or ejaculating. I'm sure that the blood was coming from urethra and not from bladder or some other place because it would come out a few seconds after I finished peeing/ejaculated. During ejaculation those times were also a bit painful and I could feel like it would be caused by my urethra being squeezed from the outside by vagina. It felt like my penis is being squeezed on the outside and the ejaculate ruptures something inside when coming out. All of those times pain was felt in the part of urethra that is in the shaft of the penis. Maybe around 1-3 inches from the tip. I don't think it was felt in the exactly the same spot every time. Pain itself was tolerable and the amount of blood was not very large, but definitely visible.
That has happened maybe around 5 times since I started feeling CPPS/Prostatitis symptoms 18 months ago. It had never ever happened to me before that. I have also never had a painful ejaculation before either.
I have had many different STD, blood, urine tests done. All were negative.
When I had the urethral swab test done for STD's about 8 months ago, that also caused quite a lot of bleeding for me afterwards.
I think that I have a slightly narrower urethra than most people. I think it takes me about twice as much time to pee than for most other people. But it has been like that my entire life. Way before any of those symptoms showed up.
Other than those few times when I felt pain and some blood showed up, I normally don't feel any discomfort. My urine stream is about the same like before. I'm not sure if it got weaker in the last year. Even if it did, the difference is very insignificant. Although, like I mentioned before, my urine stream has been slightly weaker than the average person's as long as I can remember (but it never caused any problems).
I don't think I've ever had a UTI or trouble starting the urination. Normally peeing doesn't cause me any pain either.
I haven't had the cystoscopy done, and to be honest, I'm scared of doing it and making things worse. I don't know if I have a stricture for sure, but I know that this is definitely not a regular CPPS/Prostatitis symptom.
For people who have dealt with strictures, what do you think would be a wise thing for me to do? Go the cystoscopy route and possible dilation and other procedures afterwards or simply wait and not do anything for the time being? I read that there's a high chance that many of those treatments would possibly make my situation worse and considering that my current symptoms are relatively not that bad, maybe it would be better not do anything for the time being?
Or maybe you think that this is not a stricture and could be something completely different?
Sorry for making the text so long and thanks for reading it.
I would really appreciate your reply. I'm feeling lost and stressed about this whole situation
