Do i remember someone saying that when trying to remove this/these things that you will feel like hell as they are falling out?
I've been doing a mixture of things that seem to work for the most part and feel ok for a majority of the time but then all of a sudden my body will tense up/contract and I will feel like absolute hell!!!
