Question regarding BV

i was diagnosed with BV last week. The Dr. gave me a 1 night dose of NUVESSA cream insert. I began to feel better for 3 days but this past Saturday I began to feel nauseous and had a slight white discharge after urinating. Today my DR. called told me that the other culture she took showed a bacteria that would lead to a UTI if I did not take an antibiotic. i am taking CLEOCIN for 5 days. She told me to take a probiotic. I told her I am taking PROBIOTIC 10 from Nature Valley. She said it was fine to take it. I wonder if anyone has a better probiotic that could help me. In the last 3 1/2 years i have had 12 UTI's. THANK YOU.
