Questions about heart murmur, what is normal?

I wonder if it's normal to feel a bit of a light cramp on the left side when you have heart murmurs and also that some body position make it worse? I'm stuck on just sleeping on my right side, which is a struggle when I always turn when I sleep but if I turn I'll wake up because of the cramp like feeling.

The cramp feel like a light pressure, so I wouldn't class it as pain, just a light muscle ache that cover the left chest up to the shoulder. It just becomes a bit annoying over time. I feel the pressure nearly everyday now but it haven't become worse, it's the same light pressure. In april I only felt the pressure sometimes during the week, maybe 3 to 5 times.

I can feel it when being out and moving but always when I lay down in different postion I will feel the pressure/numbness.
