Questions about height, growth and hgh at age 18

Hello,

my name is Roland, and I am 5'6 tall - about an inch taller than my mother, about one shorter than my dad and the same height as my sister, which is 24. Basically, I want to know if I can still grow taller.

I myself would call my diet healthy, as I eat a large vegetable salad every single day and drink mostly water. From reading online I found out that apparently lack of proper nutrition or working out during poverty can cause someone to not grow as tall as they could. I worked out with my own body weight at the age of 14.

I seriously would be happier in my own skin and could accept myself better if I would be a few inches taller - even if it would just be 2. Because of this I ask for the options I currently have, or whether or not hgh (Human growth hormone) could help me grow a bit taller. Are any exercises really helpful for height gain?

Thank you for all answers.

Hi Roland is it correct that your 24?

5.6 is not small and as most women are on average 5.3 and 5.4 and the majority of men are on average 5.8 5.9 your not that much smaller.

What your asking is can you grow taller naturally at 24 then the answer would probably be no because most people stop growing after 21 ish some earlier.

As for growth hormones aren't they something that have to be prescribed at a much younger age pre puberty to have any effect.

Now the question is are you healthy in other ways and of a nice disposition because if you are then enjoy your life and except that not everybody can be 6 foot tall and not every person can be highly intelligent.

We are all so different thank goodness because to live with us all being the same then boring.

Your you, take up weight training and make your body the best it can ever be and see how much taller you will feel

I'm happy with a man who's not tall tall and he's happy as well

Thanks for your response - I am 18 years old, perhaps you can add your thoughts when you now are aware about my age, I'm looking forward to that.

Hi again, to be honest your chances of actually gaining height after 18 is probably slim to not.

Can I ask why your bothered about your height, as I said before you are definitely not small in all comparisons to the majority of males and just remember if it's women your thinking about their much more likely to be influenced by your personality than by your height

Look at some famous actors who have not only made it big but have gorgeous wives https://www.thedelite.com/the-shortest-men-hollywood/

Please don't worry your you and will be fine if your a nice person inside
