Questions about treatment and after effects

i recently got gonorrhea and was prescribed ciprofloxacin 250mg x10 tablets, i wasnt prescribed anything else. i was told this will kill the bacteria and to take all, i only took 7 tablets, after 3 tablet the pain was gone, after another 4 they the weren't doing anything and the side effects weren't nice, the pain in my urethra and balls slowly got better over a 2 week period, now i have noticed the urethral meatus is red and a little swollen sometimes, i have a slight tingling/sharp pain in the head that comes and goes and it sometimes hurts when i pee with extra urine that doesnt comes out, the top of my right testicle is also tender after i maturbate and sometimes i have an itchy anus, underbelly is sometimes swollen. i was wondering do i need over a month recover? Could this be new problem or could the old problem come back?
could there be damage my urethra? does anyone have an experience of getting gonorrhea treating it then another std/sti ontop?

hi cipro is pretty good for getting rid of gono usually it only takes 1 x250mg tablet to treat most uncomplicated infections given the fact u had 7 of the 10 it should have cleared it up the doxycline will treat chlamydia and the amoxicillin will treat mono it all depends on wat is causing your issue u should really re test for gono to ensure that it has fully gone u could an infection in the tube to the testicles its called Epididymitis and is caused by bacterial infections it causes pain in the abdomin and testicles and urinary issue such as not being able to urinate properly theres another condition called prostatitis thats sometimes caused by bacterial infection both have similar symptoms ....or u could simply just have a urinary tract infection as the symptoms u have match quite a few things the best thing to do would be to go back and see a doctor for further testing urine and swabs
