Please someone help.. i dont know what i have and i feel like the doctors are hiding something from me!

Hi, it sounds like your bipolar has got worse. I have experienced where you are now. In my opinion your quetiapine is too low, it should be more like 200mg at night, and fluoxetine should be Fluvoxamine and your doctor should also place youm on a mood stabiliser such as epitec (100 - 200mg)

Please see your doctor or pychiatrist (mucg better choice) as soon as possible.

You are displaying deffinate signs of Bipolar. Once you are one the correct meds and dossages you can lead a very happy productive life. Please act now, regards

Hi Emma, I know your post was a while ago but I just wanted to reassure you that quetiapine has helped me. I'm on paroxatine (antidepressant) and quetiapine for bipolar disorder and it will help with these manic times. You have to stick with it, I mean it took me a while... Seriously! But after a year I have accomplished so much, I never thought I would be here still let alone working and being happy. Lots of love xxx

    Hi Emma,

It sounds to me like you need a higher dose of Quetiapine. I take 175mg every evening, and some people are taking 800mg a day. They usually start you on 25mg and increase from there. That's to avoid side effects. Quetiapine is an excellent drug and a lot of people get a lot of help from it. I find it helps me immensely. Good luck and I hope it helps you like it helps me. x x
