Quick question about coping in summer

Posted , 4 users are following.

so it's almost summer and I'm still wearing gloves 24/7. I can't cope without having them on, I'm just so cold. I still get the attacks with the white across and it's not even like touching something cold it's just taking gloves off for like 10mins or something. It's so annoying because my friends don't understand I need to wear long sleeves and boots and all that because I'm that cold. I really don't understand am I just stuck looking quite silly all summer while everyone enjoys the warm weather?

Hello. I'm not as bad as that, I don't need to wear gloves indoors but I do outside. It's a real pain. Last year my doctor stated to prescribe Nifedipine and it has improved things. I didn't get chilblains this winter which is the first time in about 45 years. Last year I had one on one of my toes in August. That cleared up with the Nifedipine.
