Quit Dairy to get rid of bacterial vaginosis

IM JUST HERE TO TELL TOU GUYS WHAT CURED MY BV. THE ANSWER IS QUIT ALL FORMS OF DAIRY! THATS RIGHT. NO CHEESE, MILK, ANYTHING WITH DAIRY. AND SUGAR CREATES DISCHARGE TOO. BUT DAIRY WAS MY MAIN CULPRIT. NO DAIRY = NO BV. I BELIVE ALOT OF US WOMEN HAVE SENSITIVITIES TO COWS MILK. TRUST ME WHEN I STOPPED CONSUMING MILK I NO LONGER GOT THOSE SYMPTOMS! AND I HAVE HAD BV FOR YEARS AT LEAST 10! IT WAS EMBARRASSING. I WOULD ASK GOD WHY AM I DIFFERENT . I RESEARCHED AND RESEARCHED. THE DOCTORS WONT TELL YOU IT COULD BE FOOD RELATED. THEY JUST GIVE YOU A MEDICATION TO TAKE. I HOPE YOU LADIES FIND TOUR ANSWERS

Yes I've definitely read in my research as well that dairy can be a big culprit. i have been drinking almond milk & refusing cows milk for many years now, & only eat moderate amounts of cheese in my meals or some cream if I'm making/eating a pasta sauce. other than that I try to avoid dairy bc it's bad for overall health in general. my symptoms are not as bad as they were even a year ago after realizing I need to control my dairy & sugar intake.
