Quitting 15 Mg Olanzapine after 3 Days Cold Turkey?

I was recently hospitalized and prescribed Olanzipine 15 mg, which I took for three days. I started not feeling well and sleeping 14 hours, and decided to stop taking it. I have been experiencing chest tightness, depression and restlessness since taking it last. I see many people recommend tapering, but I've only been taking it for three days. Can I just come off of this cold turkey without significant effects much longer, or do I need to take it now for months tapering off
