Has anyone ever heard of these nicotine filters that go on your cigarettes? Im on the patch..day one for the 20th time at least. But now im wondering if this is what i want to do but these filters are suppose to help the ones that aren't quite ready

have you thought about different ways to stop? Or supplementing the patches with other things? Have you read Alan Carrs book? Lots of my mates have stopped using vapes, I stopped using Champix....with relative ease. Theres aslo nicotine sticks which gives you that instant hit.. Good luck!! One day at a time...x

Hi there. I am 12 whole days cold turkey. Patches, gum etc. didn't work for me. Best advice I got was to just quit. Very very hard.
