when your heart races due to anxiety, it’s nothing to worry about. It’s extremely common and it’s just caused by the adrenaline that’s released. the more you worry about it the more you will have it.

when it happens, use your breathing to bring it down. that is the key to lowering your heart rate.

breathe through your nose to the count of four and then out through your lips to the count of four as though you were blowing out a candle. At first do this kind of fast for about 10 seconds and then slow it down . keep doing that for A while and when you breathe make sure your belly is rising. That makes sure that you are getting oxygen through your whole body.

if you would like someone to guide you through it, there are some great breathing meditations for anxiety on YouTube!

What helped for me was going on medication, however i think due to weather i am going trough some increased anxiety again, so thinking of increasing my dose. What helps me when this happens, i listen to podcasts on YouTube to get my mind of worrying. Its just this silly loop of getting anxious and then being worried about getting anxious. Hate it and i am way to familiar with it. Are you on any medications? Are you having therapy?
