Wow, you had a rough day. So sorry.
I have racing thoughts all the time but it does not make me dizzy.
Glad you are feeling some better.

If you have been suffering anxiety and were taking Paxil twenty five years ago and now taking Xanax, you need to talk to your Doctor and explain what is happening to you at the time. It may be your anxiety and depression.
You will need to have this problem confirmed after such a long time

Hi Judy
As you'll know there are tons of physical from anxiety, i find just when one goes another comes on.
I have dizzyness and light headedness a bi product of anxiety.
I have had all the tests and my BP is ok etc
For feeling weak try progressive muscle training its good for mind and body.. you can do it lay in bed. 10 mins have a look on the net for some instructions.. That stopped my weakness and fatigue and even though my anxiety is sooo much better i still do it morning and and night.
I hope your feeling better soon.
Dizzyness and light headedness are in the top 10 of the 100 or so physical symptoms of anxiety.
Anxiety cannot harm you but the way our brain reacts freaks the body out and makes you feel like youve been in a boxing ring xx
Give yourself some TLC... R and R ... you will get through this blip xx
