Yes! I've noticed it since going from 20mg to 40.
I never had it as bad on the 20mg and also it seems to change with the brand's I use. The Drs say they should all be the same but I swear some are different than others.
My head 'chatter' isn't always negative though but it is endless! It can keep me from a sound sleep. If I get a song in my head, it just goes on and on! Some times it feels like it's my subconscious is just dribbling on and on and I have no control over it.
I've been reading up on mindfulness and meditation which maybe of some benefit.
Have you been on it for long?

6 months on 40mg went down to 30mg a month ago

yes it is the norm im afraid they will go eventually try to focus on something good . I know its hard having been there myself but i only get the odd blip now and then

it will be withdrawal 10mg is a huge drop! ive been on a lower dose for 8 months and still not stable

its been a month now so going to stick it out dont want to go back up next time a reduce i will do it slower that was doctors advice mines not got a clue about what the withdrawal
