As my PC had spread to seminal vesicle. MDT suggested Hormone Treatment and RT. Completed RT 2 years ago and Zoladex 5 months ago. PSA remains <0.1>

Great news. I am considering radiation because PSA after surgery moved from undetected for a few months to .05 and to .07 three months later. I am 70 and wondering if radiation is worth it. My Gleason is 3+4 all margins negative.

With a Gleason 4+5=9 I opted for radical prostatectomy in October last year (by means of robotic surgery). This was successful, but apparently there was some spread to seminal vesicles. An increasing PSA afterwards (from 0.42 in Nov. to 1.34 in Jan.) has resulted in ongoing hormone treatment. Still waiting to see whether this is making a difference. No experience with radiation - so far anyway.

I had leftover PC and am facing radiation soon. Not to be a downer but it may be in your future too. We both are fortunate that there are so many ways to successfully treat our cancer and it is mostly slow growing. So hang in there.
