Rafaelo procedure recover

Hi all,

I had the Rafaelo procedure done around 8 days ago now on 3 internal hemorrhoids, grades 1 and 2's, one of them was basically at a 3 though.

first few days I had no pain at all but on around day 4 I started getting a very sharp pain during and after a bowel movement. It will be quite severe sharp pain for about 5 minutes after unless I jump in a hot bath, but then for the next few hours its a throbbing and burning sensation probably around 3/10 on the pain scale.

this only seems to come from one area where I had a hemorrhoid. is this normal? did anyone have this? im worried it might be a fissure or an ulceration. I dont even know whats happened to the hemorrhoids, do they shrink up and fall out or just shrink?

any and all help appreciated. my diet is good and I am keeping my stool soft so far. lots of water as well.
