Raised IgM

The usual range for IgM is 0.5 - 1.9

My IgM has now been raised for nearly a year.

April 2020 2.43

June 2020 2.12

Feb 2021 2.70

ive had a rash on both forearms since April 2020 until now - which went away for 1 month completely July 2020 to August 2020 before returning back to rash again.

I have seen Gps, gastro (as Alt was slighty raised e.g. 66 but is since normal) and dermatologists. they have just taken a skin biopsy last week.

Any ideas why my IgM stays raised?

    also, my IgG and IgA have always been in range

    serum alkalaine phosphatase has alway been high in these tests too. about 170ish when the top for that range is 130
