Raised 'streaks' on back of throat

Hi all,

For quite a while now I have been experiencing a sore throat (persistent) as well as enlarged cryptic tonsils (they are not infected) and a long uvula.

I've noticed that I have raised 'streaks' which are red on the back of my throat. There are 3-4 of them that are red.

Want to try and get to the bottom of what is causing this.
