hi, i think if you look on the leaflet that comes with ramipril it says that sore mouth/mouth ulcers may occur, but will pass..

My tongue swells up that much It distresses me at times, plus it gets so sore.

Lips swell up like trout pout, my double chin has become treble chin.

My hearing & throat also affected.

    I currently have 2 \"weepy eyes\".

The best thing to do is to see your gp & demand to change them.

I doubt that it will pass. I was on Ramipril for 9 months & never realised that the dry cough, croaky voice & sore mouth, which was so debilitating was anything to do with Ramipril. Go to your GP & ask ( or demandi if necessary ) for a different medication  . Another GP prescibed Amial which does make me a bit giddy but is far easier to live with than any mouth problems. It has recuced my bp so much more as well.
