ive been on citalopram 20mg for 7 weeks and ive just upped to 30 mg.
(3 days)
my anxiety is through the roof.
my thoughts are racing.
i just want this agony to stop!
how long does it take?

hi, I'm sorry you're struggling with anxiety. Are you taking the tablets for anxiety symptoms or depression? I'm also having a tough time at the moment with medication increase and I feel like it will never be over. I can't give you a timeframe for improvement as we're all different and have individual experiences but I hope you get some relief very soon.

i was on citalopram 40mg for 8 weeks and i really got worse .. same, agitation and anxiety out of control.. my dr switched me to lexapro 20mg will post how i do
