ran out of Citalopram and feel awful

I won't bore you with the initial details but a delay in getting my prescription left me 3 evenings without CItalopram.

After this I woke up fine but after a couple of hours I felt dizzy/nauseous and I just put it down to a cold or something. However, having thought about it more, it might be related to not taking these tablets?

I feel dizzy but seem to have a headache with it. I can eat fine but my tummy just feels a bit delicate.

I've taken 2 tablets since 2 evenings in a row but it hasn't seemed to improve. So my question is, would it have helped by now if it was related to these tablets? I appreciate everyone reacts different so it might be a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question.

I'm only on 20mg tablets, 1 a night for about 9-10 months.
