was on toilet and when wiping felt a bump it doesnt hurt or bleed does randomly feel itchy unsure if its hemorrhoids or skin tag or something? help

It looks like skin tag to me. Can you push it back in? Does it hurt? Does it get bigger when you have a BM? If yes to those, its probably a hem

doesn’t hurt at all and hasnt changed in size tho i think when i try to push , it does fell like it moves. Thanks for your response
