Random bump inside vulva…new partner and scared!

i JUST discovered this bump that was almost like a pimple on the inner part of my vaginal lips, ive been with my recent partner for about a month and i am super scared right now. i know it is a possibility that it is from chaffing because i was just on my period and i tuck the string in there and it can cause irritation but it still scares me. Please help! going to set an appointment up but its hard to get in places where i live and that doesnt help right now at this moment!! i popped it so it is a bit swollen, it is not painful but still...image
