Random burning heat internaly across back, arms, and abdomen

For 7 months I have had a burning sensation internally and randomly on my back, upper arms, and abdomen. These attacks happen randomly during the day and it feels like my nerve endings are on fire. I do not have hives but have some slight flushing. The only relief is to hold ice packs on the areas that are burning. The attacks are becoming more frequent. I have seen a nuero, endocrinologist, vascularist, and hematologist and no one has an answer for me. I have been prescribed gabapentin but it does not seem to be helping. I was recently prescribed Amlodipine to see if this is a vasodialation issue.

I have had allergy testing and do not have any allergies, do not have carcinoid syndrome, not hormonal issues, my blood work is good, and thyroid function is ok and controlled by syndthroid which I have been taking for 15 years. I have changed manufacturers on all my meds to be sure it was not a medication issue.

Has anyone experienced this? I really need help!
