Health anxiety is something I have also, I assume the worst when I find anything on my body or I have pain. Even if you have to go to the doctors and get checked it’s reassuring x

I swear I've just sat down and just got a unbearable pain in the right side of my brain then clicked on this post! I immediately thought to myself 'brain tumour' it's definitely health anxiety, I bet every pain you get in your body you think the worse (just like me lol)...seriously though if you have had it for 7 days go get it checked out x

If they last a second or two they are ice pick headaches caused by stress.

Hi Ryan it's definitely stress and anxiety you are suffering from, if you had a brain tumour you would be getting horrendous pains on the left side and throwing up. The anxiety is causing stress headaches which causes more anxiety which is a vicious circle. Are you on any anxiety medication?

You're most likely struggling with health anxiety. I have random pains in my head, sometimes my scalp will hurt when I comb my hair, sometimes I will feel pressure or numbness as well. I get tons of different symptoms, but I have visited five different doctors and they have told me I'm okay. I've suffered with chronic migraines for two years now and for the past month and a half I have convinced myself that I was having a stroke and then it turned into me convincing myself that I had a brain tumor. Finally, it got so bad, I convinced myself I was having an aneurysm. I plan on having an MRI soon and hopefully that will put my mind at ease. If I were you, I would visit a doctor and tell him/her about any symptoms you're experiencing and maybe hearing from a doctor that you're okay will make you feel better. You have to consider how rare it is for someone to have an aneurysm or a brain tumor. It isn't very common. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but if you had a brain tumor, you would have trouble with your vision, speaking, and anything to do with coordination depending on where the brain tumor was. Same thing with an aneurysm, you would have slurred speech, sudden change in mental awareness, and the worst headache of your life. There are plenty more symptoms where that came from. Trust me, I know what you're going through, as I have convinced myself the same thing. I'm sure you are okay, but it is always a good idea to have a doctor check you out. You'll be okay. Just breathe and relax. I hope you start to feel better soon.

I'm sure visiting your doctor will help you. Like I said brain tumors, aneurysms, and stuff like that are not common. Most of the time when you get those sort of things it's common in your family line. Those types of things are mostly found in elderly people too. I'm sure you're fine and just remember anxiety can cause people to feel very extreme symptoms.

If I were you, I would set an appointment with your doctor. Maybe find a neurologist and tell them about all the symptoms you are having. If you still don’t feel safe, then your neurologist should write you up for an MRI or CT scan, depending on which one he/she thinks is necessary. It’s never a bad idea to make absolute sure that you’re healthy and that you’re okay. I’m sure you are, but it’s always a good idea to get checked up. I hope you start to feel better soon.
