random Lightheadedness

So I was feeling all good and I suddenly started feeling lightheaded and just very unbalanced. I am trying hard to ignore it because my anxiety always causes it so im kind of used to it but does anyone get lightheaded even though they are not hyperventilating?? also for quite a while i have been feeling a slight pressure in my ears and head (sometimes) and my nose has been congested even though i haven't had a cold...does this connect to my anxiety? can anyone else relate?

Sadly these are symptoms from anxiety. I'm going through this at moment. I'm in the middle of an anti depressant withdrawal and all my anxiety symptoms came crashing down on me, including the lightheadedness/body fatigue. I had blood work done, and everything came out normal. Hence - Anxiety. I'd say for peace mind go get yourself checked by your Dr. Once they say, you're good. Just do your best and manage your anxiety.

Hey !! Yes I can relate. I also get dizzy from my anxiety. But I have bad ears and sinuses so that also makes me dizzy and it's chronic and sometimes causes me anxiety. Try putting a pot of water to boil. Take it off put a towel over your head and breath in the steam. Do that for about 10 minutes your nose may start to run after wait a few minutes then use an ice pack on your forehead under your eyes and back of neck it will help!! Hope you feel better.

Yes I can. Had hellish day yesterday and almost put off some friends s from New Zealand coming this evening.  They have taken me out of myself and have had a good evening.  Bed time and ears feeling blocked and nose running plus sore throat.  Determined not to let it get the better of me though. Good luck. Stay strong

Yes! I’m dizzy 24/7 and get lightheaded. I do have a slight balance issue from inner ears but my anxiety makes me so dizzy it’s unbearable.
