Random sores around anus started about 4 days ago ?

About 4 days ago i started to get itching inside my anus figured just a Hemorrhoid but then i got about three pimple like bumps and two ulcers what can it be ?

    u need to go to a sexual health clinic or doctors as could be herpes

      i should fix this i never had anal intercourse and have done oral .

      so u have never had any anal oral or sex at all ??? u should still go to a doctors as its not mormal for there to be ulcers there

      could it possibly be a yeast or anal fissures because it only hurts if it gets wet or i use the restroom

    maybe that the guy was infected and his genital has touch this part of your skin..?
