Random twitch in side of neck near pulse

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hi all,

I've had a random twitch in the left side of my neck for about a week now. It comes and goes, but I seem to start noticing it in the middle of the day and it lasts until I go to sleep. It's located about an inch to the left of my Adams apple. It's painless and twitches in no particular rhythm. I'm worried that it could be a sign of a serious neurological condition, but I'm currently waiting 2 weeks for a docs appointment.

has anyone got any advice or opinions?

Thanks
