Am I right in saying you had an increase from 10 to 20 recently? If so how long ago? Because its likely that you maybe experiencing some delayed side effects. Which means it's working for you. You just need to get past the next few days or week of these side effects and try to remain positive as possible (I know really hard but be kind to yourself).

I have morning anxiety again and am waking up early, find it impossible to sleep again once up, head feels strange again and am ruminating, feel hopeless and very sad again, i thought these were working, do i need to change meds??

Definitely not Larry. You don't need to change medication, this is normal. I didn't start to feel awful again until around the 2nd week and I had a full week of insomnia, anxiety, nausea etc and then it slowly lifted.

The trouble with changing medication or changing doses is it can prolong the recovery as in it recreated new side effects, so I strongly suggest sticking this out now. Stay on the 20mg and just plough on through these horrible days... We've all done it, we've all felt exactly how you feel right now.

But I promise it does get better, it's just one of the bumps in the road to your recovery.
