Range of motion progress

I had a total knee replacement (Stryker) on May 7 and have been receiving therapy 3x per week.  My range of motion has been stuck at 110 degrees and I still have some knee pain.  I'm supposed to get to 120 degrees but what happens if I can't get there?  I'm allowed 6 more therapy sessions with social security and have signed up to start working out with a gym and a trainer in 2 weeks

I still have pain but take only over the counter drugs for pain.

Are others facing the same situation as me and what are they doing?

I've been told that I'll be about 80% healed in one more month (3 months post surgery).  I'm very stiff in the mornings and have to stretch my knee before getting out of bed

What are others experiencing?

I was -14 / +84 at 3 weeks.  Started PT...finished at -1 / +123 when I was 12 weeks post-op.  At 2+ years, I'm more like 0 / +133 after some gym work...which I still have to finish to get all my strength back...delayed by multiple spine surgeries.  Got stuck at -4 for weeks...frustrating but broke through it.  Want a straight leg?  Try #3...

Gravity is a painful taskmaster...but it's oh so worth it!!!

What happened to you has little bearing on what will happen to others. In my case your #3 worked well for me and gave an increased straightness in my first TKR of two years ago so I do appreciate your advice and it may work in some cases for others. I am trying that for "new" TKR and it looks good. Funnily enough it is not that painful for me and just feels like stretching. I tried all of your others (bike not possible) and many others over the two year period and have been unable to increase bend past 90 degrees but that is not to say they haven't helped, maybe it would have been even less, who knows?. And guess what - the biggest single improvement in bend, straightness and stiffness was immediately after I had spent 8 days in hospital with a gall bladder emergency at 10 weeks post op (well blocked bile duct to be precise, ouch!) and was unable to do any exercises at all!

The current one is progressing well now and I have got just past my pre-op bend of 95 deg although little seems to be happening now other that is easier to achieve. Straight is as good as 2 year old one at about 3-5 degrees which physio says is good enough.
