Hi all, just wondering if anyones svt episodes have included both racing and erratic beats? Usually I only have rapid beats, but the episode I had today was both, and it really had me nervous : ( It felt so darn weird. I thought maybe I was experiencing something other than svt. Also it seemed to be triggered by a positional issue....ugh....havent had an episode in a year plus : (

Changes in position can definitely trigger an episode! I haven't really experienced the "erratic" beats that you describe during an episode, but I do occasionally feel those kinds of beats at other times, especially at night. When I wore a holter, those were recorded as PACs.
