Rapid heart beats and pins and needles

HI I have been haveing pins and needles chin , rapid heat beats after sleeping, going on for years plus zig zags in one eye, with a sort of loss of vision in the corner once a month, sensertive in right ear as well, sometime if feels as though my speach is weird, has a mri scan clear, very tired all the time, has anyone had these symptoms at all, I am on propranolol 20mg, doesn't help, thinking of going to a private clinic, has anyone been to one, I live in Nottinghamshire,
