Rapidly worsening and irregular periods with Endo

Hi there,
I have had terrible periods my whole life, resulting in a likely Endo diagnosis a year and half ago (runs in family, doctor says extremely likely, but haven’t had laparoscopy to confirm).
For a number of reasons, including a history of extreme negative side effects from every type of hormonal births control I have tried, I have chosen not to use birth control to try to dull my Endo symptoms. But, as they have gotten progressively worse, I have tried to help naturally by switching to an anti-inflammatory diet and adopting a rigorous workout routine.
However, the past couple months, my symptoms seem to be getting worse and worse. Though my periods have always been regular, they have become inscreasingly irregular. Last month I was a week late, and then spent 4/5 days of my period throwing up or in so much pain I was unable to get out of bed.
I just got my period again (early) less than 3 weeks after my last cycle. My Endo bloat is also extremely bad (up 15 pounds from what I weighed 3 days ago, not kidding).
As wondering if anyone has had similar experience with this, and if worsening symptoms like this are linked to anything in particular (i.e more cysts or growth). Also, not sure if this is at all related, but wondering if anyone has had this happen after changing up diet/ workout routine with Endo.
Any advice helps!
Thanks
P.S. in case it is a question, no, I am not pregnant.

I hark from days of yore, back when it took umpteen specialists, 1 hospitalization due to out of control endo-diarrhea for 6 wks or more, and 3 years before a gastroenterologist suggested the possibility of endo. (The umpteen idiot specialists were all gynos!)
I was in law school, working 3 jobs & had 2 wardrobes: one normal & 1 of tents. Couldn't stand any clothing pressure on my abdomen during the bloats. My most fave memory of the vomiting came one Saturday morning. I was driving to the airport, late because I'd had to change from normal clothes to a tent dress when a bad bloat came on suddenly. I was to fly from Austin to Houston to see, yes, an uber-specialist gyno. Park car, fly, pick up rental, see doc, return rental, fly to Austin, drive home, all in the space of 3.5 hours, hoping for a diagnosis of something. A mile from the airport on the way out I had to pull over, stop car, open door just in time, vomit, close door, wipe mouth, drive on to airport, barely catch plane. So yes, many of us here have experienced these problems.
We can't guess how bad your endo is. Some women never experience any symptoms but find out by accident that they've got it. You need the lap, and I must say that it was good to hear from someone with positive Lupron experience. Be prepared because you may get hit with a tidal wave of negativity about the stuff. Not an advocate, just glad to hear that someone was helped by the drug.
