LOL it takes me forever to open the curtains - by which time the sun has been replaced by the rain

I used to love my kids having a sleepover - ermmmm I used to love having my kids home from school :weird:

Glutton for punishment - that's me lol

I'm going to have to drag myself out of this bed and shower - daughter is going on and on about these damn walks she insists I am going to be doing daily.

Bagsy pushing the pram - ermmmm - bagsy leaning on the pram

    Hope everyone is well today.

It's good to see you feeling more positive Kim - don't let the demons get you down.

    love & hugs

LOL no sorry Kim I have never experienced a rash from anxiety - but having said that - I don't think my anxiety has ever been as severe as yours.

Try some cooling cream on it.

    Hi Kimoli

If I get very stressed I tend to get a large rash, very itchy, on the back of the main muscle of my right arm. Always the same rash and in the same place.

Hi Kimoli, how are you today? (Apart from the rash). I get rashes, on my chest, tiny little itchy spots, but they go after I calm myself. i tend to ears scarves to cover it. I dont think Ive had this in a while, but yes I have had a rash like thing. Dont think I have had it while taking this pill.It could be a side effect form the drug, unless you are prone to rashes. I dont know, but hope you are okay today.

Stress is one of the known triggers of hives, an outbreak of raised, red spots (or welts) on the skin that often itch. Hives are usually indicative of an allergic reaction, but they can also occur as a result of sun or cold exposure, infections, excessive perspiration, and emotional stress. It is not known exactly why stress may precipitate an outbreak of hives, but it is likely related to the known effects of stress on the immune system. The medical term for hives is urticaria.

Developing an effective stress management plan may be able to help reduce the outbreaks if your rash is indeed related to stress. Your doctor can also order tests for allergies that may be causing the outbreaks. There are a number of ways to ease the symptoms of hives, including taking over-the-counter antihistamines to reduce itching, cool compresses or baths, wearing nonirritating, loose-fitting clothes, and avoiding excessive sweating, direct sunlight, and hot baths. If hives are severe, your doctor may recommend taking prescription antihistamines or other medications to help control the outbreak.

  partner really upset me again..I am tire of this.

Went a walk and exploded with tears in the street.

Go into a shop to hide behind stuff so no one could see, but think people must of heard me. Look in the mirror to try and look half normal, and there you Kim...yes I have a rash.
