At first i eat fish oil, at the 3rd weeks rash suddenly appears on my arm. 2-3 days after that rashes now appear at the back of my body and chest.
Attach picture wheres rashes appeared on my arm. can someone tell me what is this? is this cause of allergy or viral infection? help me please. im so stress thinking about this.

Looks viral and not allergic. Does it itch? It should disappear over the coming weeks.

yes. its itchy. before this its appeared also on my arms. some of it gone and turned black and scaly. some of it still stays. any idea on what types of viral? im so stressed right now.

The red circle is the new one appeared.
Those 2 rash that turned black around it with blue circle, the middle area is scaly.
Heres the pic. thank you taking your time helping me looking into this matter.

i should let you know also, 3 weeks before i got this i traveled to thailand. doing some hiking and trekking. after i got back from thailand, i started my fish oil regimen.
