Rash below belly button above pubic area

I woke up today with a rash right above where my pubic hair starts to just below my belly button. I had sex about 48 hours prior so I'm a bit concerned it is herpes. It itches a little but it doesn't hurt and it is also pretty smooth so it doesn't appear to be fluid filled. Could it just be some type of rash possibly from contact dermatitis or is it more likely genital herpes? The fact that it is pretty distant from my actual genitalia makes me more confident it is just some type of rash but I'm not sure. I'll attach a photo to this post. I'm unable to see a doctor until I get back from vacation in 5 days. Is there anything I should look for or possible symptoms I should be aware of?

    did you find out what it was? i have the same looking thing in the same area and am not sure what it is.
