Rash every time I have a sore throat, cold or flu

For the last 2 years every time i get a sore throat, cold or flu within a few hours the majority of my body is covered in a widespread red rash, which is itchy & warm to touch. Its mainly on the inside of my thighs which are the worst, and then spreads up my stomach, back, chest and neck.

I feel very shivery and tingly with it & all my energy instantly goes. I come over feeling really weak and struggle to stand, another thing that happens is I have nausea and then after a while i'll begin vomiting loads & I struggle to keep down any liquids. This normally lasts a couple of days, which I have to take off work which is frustrating. The doctors just keep fobbing me off saying its just a viral thing & nothing can be done. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this & knows why it happens?

a rash is quite common for some people who suffer from colds etc its just the bodys response to fighting off infections

u should also push at your doctors for a blood test to check your immune system is functioning as it should be

get a full set of bloods taken and ask to get your vitamin and mineral levels tested as well.
