hi I've had a rash on my arms what keeps spreading and now it's getting in me legs it started to go when I rubbed suncream on it but now it come back worse I have an appointment next week with my gp for something else but I will mention it

Sounds like it could be dry skin with maybe a bit of eczema starting. You need some good emollient cream and rub it in every night before going to bed. Dont use suncream.If you are in UK try Aveeno cream which you can buy in most supermarkets. Even something like Dove cream or Nivea will help.

I think it is last time I saw the nurse she said its dry eczema. if it dont clear up need to go back.

If you are in UK and now in Winter clothes,you may find that fabric made from wool or artificial fibre like polyester can cause this sort of thing. Try to wear only pure cotton next to your skin.Not easy I know, but it does make a difference.
