Rash/ Fungus on pubic area and groin

Hello,

I have a rash in my pubic area, especially on my groin and pubic bone. Its generally quite red and I have these little red dots on my skin. On my groin they are very noticeable and they dissappear for some seconds when pressed. In the morning and after showers it is worse.

I already tried a treatment witch miconazol which helped reducing the symtoms. But it is never really gone. Maybe someone can tell me which kind of fungus this is or has useful tips. My doctor does not really know.
