not really. it feels more like tight skin, like a pulling sort of. i have been treating it as fungal for about three months now. creams, aresols, powders. all kinds of stuff so i thought maybe something else?
in the US so seeing a derm is not always the first choice

Sounds like intertrigo which is caused by sweaty skin rubbing together and is very common. The moist conditions often attract fungal or bacterial infections so the main thing to do is keep it clean and dry. Dont wear nylon/lycra /polyester pants, only wear 100% cotton and no pants at night. Wash your pants at 60 deg or more if poss. You could also try getting a dandruff shampoo with selenium sulphide as the main ingredient and work into the crease every day. Leave for 2 minutes and wash off thoroughly, then dry thoroughly. Try to do this every day before bed. That may be all you need. As you say it doesnt itch and you have been using all sorts of anti fungal products, maybe just use an oat based emollient body cream on it after drying thoroughly.
Can you list specifically what you have used so far?

first few weeks: miconazole nitrate aresol spary and internal creams for yeast infection, also miconazole. following weeks nyasin powder, felt like i was breaking out again. so maybe two weeks later:
used clometrazole cream, then miconazole spray, then miconazole powder. pretty much same time or week apart. then terbafine cream, spray, powder. twice daily. occasionally ketoconazole shampoo (maybe once a week).
my skin feels sorta tight and dry. i think i have some white streaks but theyre exavtly symmetrical and on my bikini line only. i worry i have an internal yeast or lichen sclerosus. i had been tested a few weeks back for internal yeast, negative. and nothing feels or smells or looks different. i worry some inflammation but i think thats from tugging at my skin pretty much all day (obsessive. taking pics). my clitoris was sore for about two weeks but i think just too much attention. i have an iud in place as well that causes spotting and a hemmroid currently. all of these could be normal overtreament or under treated lichen so i was just looking for opinions while i waited for my appointment.
