I'm a 19 (F) virgin and recently i got this rash on my outer lips, it was worse but its getter better now there used to be bumps now its smooth but really red and it doesn't hurt but it itches any help please? i told my Mother about it and she said might be a infection but she gave me genital cream that's helping a ton but i don't know if i should go to a Dr or not

I think i can see that you shave the area. You may have introduced some infection into the hair follicles which have formed pustules which have now burst leaving those patches that look like craters. alternately you could have impetigo. Just keep the area clean and dont shave for at least 3 weeks to give it a chance to heal. Never dry shave this area and always use good quality razors, not cheap ones. If you use an electric shaver then take the cutting head out and wash thoroughly in hot soapy water.
I would be interested to know what the cream is that your Mother has given you??
If it heals the area then just keep using it.
As you are a virgin there is not any need to get help from a doctor, unless the lesions refuse to heal or just keep breaking out.
