Hello, I first noticed this rash (section of bumps) about a month ago. 
I'm not certain its an std as ive been with the same partner for about 8 years.
There is no pain involved but if its agitated it turns red (almost like a blood blister). some irritation while urinating after i first noticed it, but that has either stopped or i have gotten used to it
