Hi , iv had a rash on my anus and groin crease for a long time. It comes and goes but when its active it stays for weeks sometimes,
months !! its not painful just so raw and sore . Iv tried treating it with various creams but nothing seems to clear it up they just ease the rawness .

i have something similar, just more red! Ive been using Monistat 7 cream, sensitive baby wipes, and desitin. Rub some monistat cream on it, and every two hours, wipe it off with sensitive non scented baby wipes. and apply again. When you go to bed, use the monistat cream and desitin. it helps!!

If its a fungal infection Monistat is very good, You can also try Canesten cream which is also for fungal infections. You can also try washing the area with a dandruff shampoo...one with selenium sulphide as the active ingredient and then apply either of the creams when dry

You may laugh but I had a problem in that area and had great difficulty with treatment.
I tried everything but as a last resort I tried mouthwash. It worked straight away. Stops inching immediately and cured the problem within days. Dab it on and let it dry. honestly it works.

not funny. 😦 my is like hives and disappears in morning. my vibrator is the only thing helping the itch
