Rash on arm

hi guys me again im afraid. noticed this red rash on my arm. it is non itchy. any ideas ? image

    Looks like keratosis pilaris. Not worrying and quite common. Get a soft massage brush and use it to work up a lather on the area with whatever you use to shower.Do this for 2 minutes. Rinse off well and dry. Then use a skin cream to massage into the area . Try to do this every day before bed and it should help. If you can get a cream with salicylic acid as the active ingredient thats better, but any emollient is worth a try. Dont use Vaseline.

    thank you. i have some emollient cream. would that do the trick?
